This basic model Samsung, E1107, also called the Crest Solar is first launched in the Indian market. The solar panel is connected to an 800 mAh battery so that the battery utilizes the solar energy for its power. Also the Samsung has claimed that for each hour of charging, the user can have 5 to 10 minutes of talk time while the phone is switched off. But there are certain drawbacks that we can find for sure, like the performance depends on an average sunny day so if there is a day full of clouds may leave you starving though. Rather it has all the features of normal cell phones like FM and MP3 support. For security purpose the mobile tracker technology is included so that you will receive a message whenever a SIM is changed.
