Chances of secret water table in mars

The Mars which is known to be the Red Planet of the universe may have the water source in its secret water table. According to the satellite data this planet may have water in its underground, but when we consider the today’s fact the small amount of water detected on the planet will not be from polar icecaps as the geological features suggest liquid water flowed in its surface could be hiding beneath the rocky crust. There are various satellites researching this red planet for water, for example European Space Agency's Mars Express satellite has used ground-penetrating radar in some areas to look for a water table but no evidence has been found. Rather it may have the water surface below 9 km not within the reach of satellite instruments. When we consider the argument of the planetary scientist Bill Farrell and their team mates from NASA, the satellite radar signal should reflect back from shiny surfaces of water.
