Low temperature operated cells

There are varieties of cell like lithium, zinc, solid-oxide fuel cells to store the power but the most efficient among them is solid- oxide because it is more powerful and also it won’t get contaminated so easily. But it will operate only at high temperatures of above 700 degrees thus it has only limited applicability. As a result of this problem scientist came out with a solution of micro fuel cells which will operate at low temperatures and perform extremely well when compares to conventional solid-oxide fuel cells. The low temperature operation is possible because of its new anode material called nickel oxide. Also it is more advantageous in terms of cost and stability factor than solid-oxide fuel cells.
